Based on customer feedback, ShutterBug 1.1 brings a slew of great new features and user interface
improvements.
New features coming in 1.1:
• Thumbnails on same page as Slideshow.
• Drop shadows on thumbnails.
• FreeStyle positioning for pictures, slideshow,
labels, and captions.
• Collage feature – create your own or select from
the automatic collage settings.
• Multi-line captions/comments, unlimited number
of lines for thumbnails and slideshows.
• Captions can be positioned inside of photo frames.
• Insert links into caption text.
• Slideshow editing improvements.
• More than 30 free customizable templates
including some great new looks for photo journals
(more on the way).
• Optional navigation for groups can show
second-level album pages.
• Object and center line guidelines (similar to
KeyNote ruler guide lines).
• More Streamlined tabbed interface with the
addition of a third tab (Layout tab) makes
the entire UI more intuitive.
• Simple Mode for turning off the Layout
window - SB files can be passed on to your
clients so they can easily update the
content on their own without touching or
inadvertently changing the layout or
design.
• New Theme Library and Improved Template
manager that makes custom pages easier to do
and templates easier to organize.
• Image quality improvements.
• Autoscroll added to each main window.
• Improved UI for photos in the Content window
(the same as iPhoto).
