Narrow your search results down even more if desired: Filter By File Type: Use the quick filter list to
select a specific file type to search on or select "Any File" to search all folders and file types.
Include/Exclude Folders: Tell DataLore where to look for your files, and where not to look. You can
easily add and remove folders to and from the "Where to Look" list, then select which folders to look in,
and which folders to exclude from the list. Or you can tell DataLore to look everywhere, including
external drives that have been indexed by Spotlight. Exclude and Include Selected Folders & Filetypes

By default DataLore will search the contents of files and the file names to match the text you type in.
Typing in words separated by spaces will search for files that contain all of those words, in the file name
and in the content. But you can restrict the search to not search content, and only search the
filenames. By typing in special characters with the words you can create a complex search to looks for
any word, exact matches, files that don't contain a word, etc. You can go as simple as just words
separated by spaces, to Boolean searches, define by date range, exact and partial matches, plus many
more special characters for cusomtizing the search. You can even use a combination of the special
characters to produce more complex, highly defined search queries.
